Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases both in-store and online, maintaining product displays, handling inquiries through social media or messaging platforms, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store (Offline) Sales:
Greet and assist customers in the store
Provide detailed product information and recommendations
Process sales transactions using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
Online Sales:
Respond to online customer inquiries via chat, social media, or messaging apps
Manage and update online product listings (e.g. photos, descriptions, prices)
Process and prepare online orders for delivery or pickup
Coordinate with delivery partners for shipping and tracking
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Basic computer and social media skills
Friendly, energetic, and good communication skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, or overtime when required
